• Product Condition: Products must be unused and in their original packaging. We cannot accept returns if the product shows signs of use or damage.
• Handcrafted Imperfections: Slight variations and imperfections due to handcrafted nature are not eligible for returns unless they significantly affect the product's normal use.

• Return Confirmation: Our customer service team will confirm whether your return request meets the return conditions and provide you with the return address.

Basic Safety Tips

• Keep in Sight: Always keep burning candles within sight. Do not leave burning candles unattended.
• Keep Away from Flammable Objects: Place candles away from flammable objects such as curtains, papers, and fabrics.
• Stable Placement: Place candles on a stable, heat-resistant surface to avoid tipping or falling.
• Keep Away from Children and Pets: Ensure that candles are out of reach of children and pets to prevent accidental contact and fire hazards.

Lighting and Extinguishing

• Lighting: Use long matches or a long lighter to light candles, avoiding short flames directly touching the candle.
• Extinguishing: Use a candle snuffer or gently blow out the candle to extinguish the flame, avoiding direct contact with the flame with your hand or other objects.
• Post-Extinguishing Check: Ensure the candle is completely extinguished with no remaining flames or sparks after blowing out.

Burning Time

• First Burn: Allow the candle to burn for 2-3 hours during the first use until the surface is fully melted. This helps prevent tunneling.
• Single Burn Duration: Do not burn the candle for more than 4 hours at a time to avoid overheating.

Wick Maintenance

• Trim the Wick: Trim the wick to 1/4 inch (approximately 6 mm) before each use to avoid excessive flames and smoke.
• Remove Debris: Regularly remove burnt debris and residue from the candle surface to keep it clean.

Additional Notes

• Heat Caution: Although your candle does not come in a container, the bottom of the candle can become hot during burning. Handle with care and avoid direct contact.
• Use a Candle Holder: It is recommended to use an appropriate candle holder or tray to collect melted wax and prevent it from dripping onto furniture or other surfaces.
• Discarding the Candle: Discontinue use when the candle has approximately 1/2 inch (about 1.3 cm) of wax remaining to prevent overburning.
